Developing Partnerships and strategies in vector control:

The ISNTD Bites conference is the first in a series of focused conferences organised by the International Society for Neglected Tropical Diseases, following on from the Society's successful Inaugural Conference at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in June 2012 (

ISNTD Bites brings together experts in the fields of parasitology, entomology & vector-control who will be addressing the latest developments in these fields and their impact on NTD control. There will be special focus on emergent technologies with direct application to these issues.

In addition, the conference will explore the linkages between vector-borne diseases, NTDs and their social, economic and cultural impact in the hope of directly translating scientific and technological progress into healthcare and development gains.
